The Alameda Gardens on Gibraltar, are one of the most beautiful and romantic places in the world to be married.
The Gardens were commissioned in 1815, by Sir George Don, the then lieutentant-governor of Gibraltar. The small intimate bowl of the gardens called 'The Dell', is used for weddings and was added in 1842, in the style of an Italian garden.
The gardens feature many of the Mediterranean's most spectacular, showy plants; Hibiscus, Bougainvillea, Jasmine, Wisteria and many Palms, as well as two fountains, a waterfall, a lovely old bridge, a pond and a stream.

Weddings are held here between April and October, Monday to Friday, at 10 am, 12 noon, 5 pm, 6pm and 7 pm.

Understandably, this is a very popular venue, so please book very early to avoid disappointment.
