The catering will be supplied by the owners, who also own the apartments (see accommodation section) and a local Restaurant (where reception can be held in the very unlikely event of inclement weather).

The style of cooking is Traditional Andalucían, with the emphasis on meat.  A buffet (Hot or cold) can also be arranged.

The Restaurant is very popular with the British, both tourist and resident.

Hold your reception in this fabulous restaurant. People travel from miles away to dine in this exclusive venue. The head chef and owner, Christian Robson-Burrell, a natural perfectionist, born in England, honed his cookery skills in Thailand and, along with his Japanese wife, Noriko, has established their restaurant as exquisite dining.

The menus reflect their diverse cultures. Christian will create a special menu for your Reception to adhere to your tastes in dining.

The restaurant has a section that can be set aside for your party. Situated just 30 minutes from Gibraltar, and only minutes from two of our recommended accommodation choices, make this a superb option.

Wiebke Wendelken has successfully studied and completed training for hotel management in Germany. After receiving her diploma, Wiebke has been working and perfecting her skills for the past ten years in various four and five star establishments within Europe. Concentrating on providing the highest standard of service, both front of house and in the kitchen, bespoke catering is now Wiebke’s ultimate priority.
